New Jersey’s Hilton wins National Golden Gloves heavyweight title


Richard Quiñones (Journeymen Boxing) Trenton, New Jersey’s Michael Hilton has come along way and his story book tale continues to amaze, as he claimed the National Golden Gloves heavyweight title when he defeated Michigan’s Sardius Simmons Saturday in Las Vegas.

Nicknamed the “Beast”, Hilton proved once again he is a force to be reckoned with going forward.

Hilton is trained by Eric Judkins from the Ike William Boxing Academy in Trenton.

  1. I remember this kid during the NJ GG, power and moves around well. I think he had some issues outside the ring, but happy for the local kid to get a win and title.

  2. Yeah, dude used to run with gangs in Trenton, but got his shit together, good to see a kid doing something with his life
